Reservation terms

These terms apply to the optional $1 WOWNNY VIP reservation deposit made through wownny.com.

1. What the deposit does

The $1 deposit records your interest and eligibility for the stated VIP launch offer. It is not the full purchase price and does not by itself create a product order. A separate confirmation will be required before any remaining product price is charged.

2. Launch offer

The reservation page currently describes a $129 VIP launch price and early-access benefits. Product availability, final specifications, taxes, shipping charges, delivery regions, and delivery dates will be confirmed before the final order.

3. Refunds

You may request a refund of the $1 deposit within 30 days of payment. Reply to your WOWNNY reservation or launch email with the email address used for payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. WOWNNY does not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to its processing services.

5. Fair use and cancellation

We may cancel and refund a reservation affected by fraud, payment error, duplicate submission, or offer misuse. Reserving a spot does not grant a right to resale inventory or multiple limited allocations.

6. Changes

If a material term of the reservation offer changes, we will communicate the change before asking you to complete a final product order. You may request a deposit refund instead of continuing.

7. Contact

For reservation questions or refund requests, reply to the official WOWNNY confirmation or launch email you received. Keep your Stripe payment receipt for reference.
