Privacy policy

This policy explains the data used by the WOWNNY prelaunch, waitlist, and reservation pages.

1. Data we collect

• Waitlist information: the email address you submit, form location, consent version, submission time, and Mailchimp synchronization status.
• Reservation information: email address, payment status, amount, currency, Stripe identifiers, and refund history.
• Website activity: page views, device or browser information, referral information, and campaign events produced by analytics or advertising tools.

2. Payment data

Stripe processes payment details. WOWNNY does not receive or store your complete card number or security code. We use Stripe payment status and identifiers to confirm, support, and refund reservations.

3. How data is used

We use the information to operate and back up the waitlist, recover submissions if an email provider is temporarily unavailable, send requested launch updates, confirm payment, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, support refunds, measure campaign performance, and improve the website.

4. Service providers

The current website may use Supabase to store a restricted server-side backup of waitlist submissions, Mailchimp for email subscriptions, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and server functions, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and applicable agreements.

5. Choices and retention

You can unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email. You may also ask us to correct or delete waitlist information, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and transaction-record requirements. We retain reservation records only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

6. Cookies and local storage

The site may use cookies or browser storage to remember your submitted email, prevent duplicate payment creation, preserve payment confirmation state, and limit duplicate analytics events. Blocking storage can affect the reservation flow.

7. Children

The reservation and marketing services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through these forms.

8. Contact

For a privacy request, reply to an official WOWNNY email you received and state the email address associated with the request. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email.
